I had a very disappointing experience at Tierra Mia. While in the drive-thru, another customer aggressively tried to cut in front of me and nearly hit my car. The situation was already upsetting, but what made it worse was how the employee handled it. After hearing the other customer disrespect me, the worker immediately took their side instead of remaining professional and neutral. I then ordered two medium horchata frappes, and the employee confirmed the order correctly. However, when I went to pay, she repeated the order back as two medium mazapan frappes. I corrected her, and although she claimed to fix it, I was still handed the wrong drinks. The entire interaction made me feel singled out and treated differently after the other customer was speaking negatively about me. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic respect during this situation was very disappointing.

This is a great spot for a coffee or matcha. They have amazing prices and they move fast. The employees are always friendly and offer great recommendations. Definitely recommend coming by when they are less busy as there is not much room in the drive thru.

I loved TM before they were at this location and now that they're closer I can't wait to become a regular! Tres leche muffins are life changing, the lattes are an art form, and the lemonades are not to be slept on! The crew is so nice, the vibes are immaculate. And I want to say this to the owner(s) directly, I live in this neighborhood and I need you to know how much I appreciate the way you directed your drive thru. THANK YOU FOR NOT ADDING MORE TRAFFIC!! The locals see and appreciate your thoughtfulness, we will support you well, much love ❤️

My first order was horchata semi-sweet blended drink based on a recommendation of one nice employee. I got fast window service, and a really good drink. The drive through was busy. Best of luck to this new branch!

This location is a very popular coffee ☕ staple in Los Angeles and now here in Pasadena. Coffee with Latino/Hispanic flare is amazing, The location is a drive-thru and also walk up with very to none seating for in or outside dining. If you're driving you do want to enter South on lake by vehicle. Me and my wife tried the horchata latte both iced and hot and had some other croissant pastries. Definitely amazing and coming back.
